Psychotherapy or coaching?
Both can be challenging and transformative in their own ways. In coaching, we may touch on sensitive experiences rooted in the past, but with an eye on how they shape your life today. Coaching is oriented toward the present and future, while psychotherapy often focuses on the past. Coaching is not designed to treat trauma. If you are seeking healing deep wounds, a clinically trained psychotherapist or a counsellor is the right support.
Why Jungian?
It’s stimulating, powerful, spacious, multilayered and multidimensional. It engages the body, mind and soul. It’s mysterious yet pragmatic. Structured and imaginative. And fun, too.
What are your credentials?
I am a certified Jungian coach. With around 600 hours of training and workshops, I bring in the knowledge from different courses, my own explorations, and lived experience. I continue to learn, and some say I’m good with people. I’ll leave it to you to decide.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss in our sessions is strictly confidential.
Do I need to prepare before the session?
Yes. Please make sure you’re in a private space where you won’t be disturbed. It is your time. Also have some pencils, crayons, felt pens, and paper ready- a mini art buffet can be very handy. Let it flow.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The contract explains how we will work together and will be sent to you before the first session.
What is the cost?
A 50- minute session is £50. I offer a free 20-minute discovery call (via Zoom) to see if we’re a good fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice. In an emergency (as defined in the contract), you receive a full refund.
How do I book?
