Jungian coaching is based on depth psychology created by C. G. Jung, who was a psychiatrist, a visionary, and a practical mystic. Individuation was his core concept. It is not about becoming good or holy, but about becoming whole. And becoming whole usually requires connection. Jung said that individuation is impossible without relationships, no matter how troublesome they may be. And they usually are.
Another inconvenience human beings experience is the vastness of the human spirit placed in a rather small fleshy container, in a world full of edges. Full of beauty too, of course.
To me, being vast is good news — it means you will never get bored with yourself. Tired maybe, but bored never. And entering our own vastness can feel intimidating. Entering the unknown usually is. According to Jung, the unknown — or, in other words, the unconscious — is where our individual and collective wisdom, ghosts, and potential live.
Usually, through this process of exploration, our inner landscape expands. Parts of ourselves that once seemed distant, hidden, or impossible begin to find their place. It is a ride worth taking. No guarantees — but a growing sense of spaciousness and choicefulness becomes palpable. It is a freeing feeling.
About Aneta Mazur
I believe in kindness and the power of human connection.
I also believe in Paradox, Nuance, Rhythm. It’s my take on Marion Woodman’s essence of the feminine principle, which is Process, Presence, Paradox.
I have been drawn to Jungian and depth psychology since 2016. Intrigued by dreams and prompted by midlife passage (or midlife crisis) I sought a Jungian therapist.
In the last decade, guided by intuition, synchronicities and mighty energies, I completed several courses (600 hours of training) alongside my own therapy and coaching. Gestalt and Jungian methodology and philosophy inform how I approach life and work with people.
Today, I would like to call myself an active witness of your process, and aspirationally — a facilitator of change, because change does happen when people meet with intention.
Other, equally important:
Before embarking on a depth-oriented journey, I worked primarily in community settings with people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. It was enriching and heart-opening work, for which I remain very grateful.
Three countries are present in my reality: UK, specifically London, my home since 2001, Poland, where I was born, and Nepal, where my significant other is from.
I am also a keen journal writer - writing has been my other air for over thirty years. A mother of two, a partner, daughter, friend, and as much as possible a flow~y human my~self.
