We are vast

C. G. Jung knew this because he had experienced his own vastness. He was a psychiatrist, a visionary, and a practical mystic. Individuation was his core concept. It is not about becoming good and holy, but about becoming whole.

To me, being vast is good news—it means you will never get bored with yourself. Tired, maybe. But bored—never.

Entering our own vastness can feel intimidating at times. Entering the unknown usually is. Yet this inner territory is also where wisdom lives, imagination awakens and where unexpected solutions often appear.

Usually, through this process our inner landscape expands. Parts of ourselves that once seemed distant, hidden, or impossible begin to find their place. With this inner movement, outer reality begins to shift— as within, so without.

In this journey, you move at your own pace and dive as deeply as you wish. In our sessions we may use:

  • symbolic thinking and imagery,

  • active imagination and inner dialogue

  • creative expression, dream work, and symbols

Individuation does not turn life into a fairy tale. It gives us the energy and the courage to live what needs to be lived. It rewards us with meaning and opens to new possibilities.

If any of these resonate, please get in touch.

You don’t  need to have it all figured out. Curiosity is enough.
